How long does the order takes?
When the order comes in we order the raw item, personalize it with an unique number and tags, this might us 1-4 days in process.
After finishing the product we ship them out directly and slide you a message, that you can aspect your order in 1-3 days off business!
For Hamburg we may make a personal delivery to you as well ;)
What size should I order?
Feel free to contact us as per Instagram @jimmyfuckingstone or with the contact formular below and provide you with a list of measurements.
What if the product is sold out?
When a product is sold out it will never be restoked again, you have to be quick ;) (this not includes accessories)
What if my package or product is damaged?
We always do a quality check before we send the order!
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as per Instagram @jimmyfuckingstone or as per the contact formular below within 3 days of delivery.
In the case of damage to any outer packaging, you should accept the package with reservations and sign the receipt on the day of delivery. Under the signature, mention the reason for your reservation(s) (i.e. "damaged package", "crushed box", "open box", "wet box", etc.). Then proceed with contacting us on Instagram, including photographs of the parcel with its damages.
In the case of missing contents or damaged contents, proceed with contacting our client services team, including photographs of the missing or damaged contents.
